They gave my problem priority and had me on my way early in the morning.

I have used Vaughans RV for about 8 years to service my trailer. They have always treated me with respect and made all repairs to my satisfaction and beyond. Most recently they repaired my trailer after someone broke in and did several thousand dollars damage, all of my friends can not tell if there was ever any damage.

We were traveling from Salt Lake City UT. to the east coast when there was a problem with our hot water. We had stopped by a couple dealers along the way and no one was able to fix our Monaco Bus. I had called Vaughans after my wife found them on the internet; after describing the symptoms of our problem, Bryan the owner said he could fix the problem. We arrived to a clean and neat shop which impressed me a lot. Bryan and his crew got right to work and in less than an hour we were back on the road with all the hot water we needed. I was very impressed with the knowledge of Bryan and his employees, I personally do not think you will find a more courteous bunch of people than you will find at Vaughans.

Brian is an engineer and a perfectionist. I have found that there is no problem he cant figure out and fix. If he doesnt have what he wants available, he makes it himself. He told me once if I wanted a custom motorhome, to bring him a chassis and he would build it to my specifications. We experienced a tire blow-out that damaged body and wires leading to our RV slide-out while traveling through your neck of the woods. Needless to say, our stress level was riding high. Thank God we found you on the internet. Steve assured us and told us to bring it in and they would look at it. They told us the wire damage could be fixed right away and directed us to the Clouse Cafe ( that experience was also God sent). While we relaxed at the cafe and took care of insurance business, our immediate problem was fixed. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your quick compassionate service. There are plenty of us old timers traveling these roads that need you.
